It’s truly difficult to capture the immense impact Bobbie Paulley has had on North Park Transport throughout her dedicated years. Reflecting on her incredible journey with us brings us back to 1985 – a time when Ronald Reagan was president and gas cost around $1.12 per gallon. It was on August 2, 1985, that Bobbie first joined our team, ready to embrace new challenges at a starting wage of $4.50 an hour. Little did we realize then that we were welcoming an individual who would become a cornerstone of our Casper Terminal location and a vital part of the North Park Transport family for almost four decades.
Throughout her long tenure, Bobbie has consistently embodied the core values of North Park Transport: unwavering hard work, deep-seated loyalty, and an unyielding commitment to excellence. She perfectly represents what North Park Transportation stands for and exemplifies the vision of our founder, Peter Kooi, who believed in recognizing and rewarding dedication and integrity within our workplace. Bobbie’s contributions have been instrumental in shaping the positive culture and operational success that North Park Transport prides itself on.
Recently, we had the distinct honor of celebrating Bobbie’s distinguished career at her retirement celebration. Past and present North Park Transport employees gathered to commemorate her achievements and share cherished memories from over the years. This event was a heartfelt tribute to her steadfast dedication and the profound influence she exerted, not only on our Casper Terminal, which she was pivotal in making a resounding success, but also on the entire North Park Transportation organization. Her commitment has left an indelible mark on our company’s history.
As we say farewell to Bobbie, we acknowledge that her absence will be deeply felt across North Park Transport. While this marks a new chapter for her, we are confident that her future endeavors will be as remarkable as the extraordinary career she built with us.
