Requests made 60 days or more after the authorization date for changes or cancellations will incur an additional fee.

For requests made within 30 days of the initial booking, we strive to offer maximum flexibility. However, even within this timeframe, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is essential for processing any return or exchange. Please note that requests received 60 days or more past the Return Authorization date may also be subject to a restocking fee. Unless the issue arises from our service directly, clients are typically responsible for return shipping or associated costs.

Addressing Service Issues

If you believe there is a defect in our service or it was not delivered as agreed within 30 days of the scheduled transport, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving these situations promptly. For valid claims within this period, we will manage the costs associated with addressing the issue for our US-based clients. For international clients, specific terms may apply regarding shipping and related expenses.

Post-Service Warranty and Exchanges

For service concerns or exchanges requested beyond 30 days from the completion of the Silverado auto transport, the client will be responsible for all logistical and shipping expenses, both domestically and internationally.

Please be aware that certain fees, such as initial shipping and handling charges, are non-refundable. Additionally, for services that involve electronic components or complex logistics, specific conditions may apply.
