J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Atomic Transport LLC, Expanding Environmental Sector Portfolio

Atomic Transport LLC, established in 2015, has rapidly become a leader in specialized waste services. The company provides essential bulk-material transport and transfer station management services across 19 states, operating through a network of 30 terminals. Atomic distinguishes itself by offering customized waste management solutions, underscored by a commitment to investing in its workforce and a modern fleet of equipment. The financial arrangements for the transaction were facilitated by Netrex Capital Markets, with financing provided by a lender group spearheaded by Deutsche Bank Private Credit & Infrastructure. Legal counsel was provided by A&O Shearman for JFLCO, and Houlihan Lokey acted as financial advisor to Atomic. Scudder Law Firm provided legal counsel to Atomic and its majority equity holders.
