Sbs Transportation, based in Minneapolis, is a well-regarded single-source supply chain company specializing in domestic and international transportation solutions, U.S. customs brokerage, and warehousing services.
This acquisition, marking EFW’s 20th anniversary, is projected to double EFW’s annual revenue and significantly broaden its global reach. Notably, the deal incorporates SBS of Asia, providing EFW with a strategic foothold in the Asian market and a control tower situated in Taiwan. This expansion is crucial for bolstering EFW’s international service offerings into new global markets, enhancing international capacity, and enabling deeper engagement within the supply chain. Ultimately, this translates to more comprehensive end-to-end solutions for EFW’s clientele in the United States.
