The initial deployment of Orange EV’s electric terminal truck delivered significant results for Moran Transportation, particularly in decreasing energy costs and minimizing environmental impact. Company representatives highlighted that the electric truck operation has led to over 80% reduction in unit energy expenses when compared to diesel counterparts, even with current low diesel prices.
