Not near a designated CCT stop? No problem! Clay County Transportation offers a flex service designed to accommodate passengers who are not within easy reach of regular stops. This valuable service allows for route deviations, picking you up from your location based on schedule availability. To arrange a convenient pick-up, simply call a CCT Reservationist at (904) 284-5977 and inquire about scheduling a flex service pick-up.
When scheduling permits, a Clay Community Transportation shuttle will come directly to your location and transport you to any stop along the Red, Blue, Magenta, or Green Lines. This convenient deviation service comes at a minimal cost of just $1 deviation fee per pick-up, per rider.
Please note: Deviation service extends up to ¾ mile off the standard Flex Route.

Fares and Payment Options
EXACT CHANGE IS REQUIRED for all fares on Clay County Transportation services.
- Standard Fare: $1.00 – Applies to adults and children age 7 and older.
- Reduced Fare: $0.50 – Available for children (age 6 and under), senior passengers (age 60 and older), passengers with disabilities, and Veterans.
- Deviation Fee: $1.00 – Per scheduled pick-up, per rider for Flex Service.
To qualify for the Reduced Fare, passengers must present valid proof of eligibility, such as a state-issued I.D., Medicare card, or Military I.D. for Veterans. Proof is not required for children age 6 and under.
Operating Hours for Clay County Transportation
Clay County Transportation operates Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Please note that services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
