He has served as the District Geotechnical Engineer, District Traffic Operations Engineer, and District Design Engineer, showcasing his versatile expertise. Furthermore, his experience spans various transportation modes, including involvement with space-related transportation initiatives, multi-use trails, and a notable tenure as CEO of SunRail, the Central Florida commuter rail system.
