Operating during the academic year, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Bobcat Express is dedicated to ensuring you reach your appointments within the Lewiston/Auburn area promptly and efficiently. While every effort is made to accommodate your schedule, appointments made within these operational hours are most easily facilitated. Transportation outside of the designated service area or hours is unfortunately not available.
It’s important to note that unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or vehicle issues, may occasionally impact service schedules, potentially leading to amendments, delays, or cancellations.
To ensure timely arrangements, please submit your express medical transportation request form at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled medical appointment. Bobcat Express processes reservations during regular college business hours, Monday through Friday. Requests received outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day. Advance planning is crucial, as last-minute requests submitted outside of normal office hours may not be processed in time for your appointment.
