- Record Management: Maintain comprehensive records of driver pay, equipment maintenance schedules, and equipment performance data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compliance and Regulation: Meticulously review driver logs and paperwork to guarantee accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, a critical aspect of sygma transportation’s commitment to safety.
- Equipment Oversight: Proactively monitor equipment to ensure safe operation, minimize breakdowns, and maintain the high standards of our sygma transportation fleet.

Qualifications

Education:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 to 8 years of progressive transportation experience is essential.
