Your Role as a Transportation Engineering Assistant Professor

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this transportation engineering assistant professor position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- An earned doctorate (Ph.D.) in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Candidates nearing completion of their doctorate (ABD) will be considered, but the degree must be awarded prior to or by the start of the appointment in Fall 2025.

- Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure.
- Industry/consulting experience in transportation engineering.
- Excellence in university-level teaching and research, commensurate with experience since degree attainment.
