- Important Notice Regarding Appeals: The University of Virginia takes fraudulent activities seriously. Submitting forged or falsified data as part of a parking citation appeal is considered fraud. This includes, but is not limited to, the presentation of counterfeit permits, altered receipts, and doctored images. Any instance of fraudulent data submission will result in the denial of the appeal, an additional Level III fine ($300), and potential escalation to University authorities for further review and action. Honesty and integrity are expected throughout the UVA transportation and parking management process.
Please note that University of Virginia Purchasing Cards (P-Cards) cannot be used for citation or permit payments.
