We recommend requesting ride reservations at least 48 hours before your desired pick-up time. While we strive to accommodate all requests, same-day rides may be possible depending on availability. There is no trip prioritization, ensuring fairness for all riders.
To book your ride, please call us at 419-592-8726 during our office hours. Please note that trip requests left via voicemail after 4 PM are not considered 48-hour notice. For out-of-town rides, please call our office between 2 PM and 4 PM the afternoon before your scheduled ride to confirm your pick-up time.
When you call to schedule your ride, please be ready to provide the following information:
- Details of any special needs or accommodations, such as wheelchair or walker assistance.
- The date and desired time for your ride.
- The complete and accurate pick-up and drop-off addresses.
- Your name and telephone number for contact purposes.
- Information regarding a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or any other relevant details.
Will-Call Option for Return Trips
If you are unsure of your exact return trip time, you can schedule a “Will-Call.” With this option, simply call our office when you are ready to be picked up for your return journey. Please be aware that with a “Will-Call,” you may experience a wait time depending on driver availability in your area.
