Harbour Point Capital Invests in Midwest Medical Transport Company to Fuel National Expansion

GREENWICH, Conn. & OMAHA, Neb.– Harbour Point Capital (HPC), a leading private equity firm focused on healthcare services, has announced a strategic investment in Midwest Medical Transport (MMT), a prominent provider of ambulance and medical transportation solutions. This partnership aims to propel MMT’s growth trajectory and broaden its reach in the national healthcare landscape. Kevin Ketzel, a seasoned healthcare executive and former president of Agiliti Health, has joined HPC in this venture, bringing significant industry expertise to the collaboration.

The recapitalization involved the acquisition of interests previously held by Panorama Point Partners (Panorama) and its co-investors, Dixon Midland Company (Dixon Midland) and ORIX Private Equity Solutions (ORIX). While the financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, this investment marks a significant milestone for Midwest Medical Transport Company as it embarks on its next phase of development.

Established in Columbus, Nebraska in 1987, Midwest Medical Transport Company initially specialized in inter-facility transportation (IFT) services for healthcare systems.
