To be eligible for a TA position, you may need to hold a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP), Class A or B without air brake restrictions. For those who already possess a Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) without air brake restrictions and have at least one year of relevant work experience, the Transportation Generalist position may be the ideal starting point.   • Transportation Specialist (Intermediate-Level): $26.28 – $33.98/hour; $54,873 – $70,950/year. This level involves more complex technical and skilled work, potentially including lead responsibilities.
