Solorzano’s journey with Shipco Transportation commenced in 1997, initially focusing on operations. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently showcased an exceptional aptitude for fostering innovation, nurturing a positive and collaborative work environment, and inspiring her colleagues. Her career trajectory within Shipco includes pivotal roles such as Export Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Regional General Manager, Vice-President Export LCL, and most recently, Executive Vice President, Americas Region. Each of these roles has equipped her with a holistic understanding of Shipco Transportation’s operations and the broader needs of the global shipping industry.
